Very pale hue with green highlights. Rich lime (Kaffir leaf, zest and sorbet), apple blossom and spiced pear. Generous upfront fruit, yet balanced with a precise acidity. Pure, pristine and intense. Time may prove me a miser. An excellent Riesling.
