Made with fruit from the north of the state grown on Moorilla’s St Matthias vineyard, overlooking the River Tamar (kanamaluka) in northern Tasmania.
Moorilla, Praxis, Pinot Noir, Tasmania, 2020

Brown spice, burnt butter, warm cherries and strawberries, ham hock, fresh thyme, ferrous blood, cool herbal tang. Cool, relaxed and darkly, brown-stuff crunchy: toasted spice, fallen leaves. Neat tannins, slinking in on themselves, serpent like. Choc/cherry and a cool mint finish. Maybe even a chill for summer time fun?
