The Heggies Vineyard sits around 500 metres above sea level in the Eden Valley and is made under the Hill Smith Family Vineyards stable (most famous for Yalumba). Winemaker is Marc Van Halderen.

Very pale lemon/straw colour. Fresh lime juice and spiced lemongrass with depth and richness from brûlée, curd and talc. Everything in place. Neat as a pin with precise acidity balancing elegant fruit. Good persistence offering plenty of length to the palate. Another fine release of this label.
