Celebrating 175 years of Pewsey Vale as the original vineyard was planted in 1847 and is part of the Hill Smith Family Vineyards. The wine bears chief winemaker Louisa Rose’s signature on the rear label, just underneath the scale that shows this wine to be just between dry and medium.

Refreshing lemongrass and spiced apple core, lime juice, plenty of fragrant blossom, fresh young rosemary stalk, a touch of sweet musk and that base rocky mineral line. Incredibly layered. Thirst-slaking. Quartz cut clean and joyful. Lovely minerally length underscored with the rosemary intrigue. Fine value.
