Carillion Wines, Feldspars, Shiraz, Orange, 2019
Deep garnet hue. Dark chocolate, jalapeño chilli, lacquer, plum, tobacco, boysenberry and cedary oak. The palate feels a little soupy up front before a jag and the regional acidity cuts. Lingering dark chocolate covers drying, grainy, tight tannin. Perhaps a little time in the cellar to bring it together.
