One of the most unique collaborations, and arguably one of the most successful: Jeffrey Grosset and Robert Hill Smith get a share of fruit from the same vineyard, do their thing and Louisa Rose oversees the lot (or should that be referees?).

Pale lemon hue with telltale green highlight. Floral blossom doused in green apple, grapefruit and lime skin. Purity and texture with initial ripe fruit narrowing to the expected long, dry finish, Layers continue to unwrap, showcasing the Eden lime line (or should that be limelight?) and a suggestion of musk. Delectable.
