Okay….the crazy kids at Clandestine Vineyards have thrown together: Swan Valley Chenin Blanc with Margaret River Chardonnay and Frankland River Gewurztraminer.

Soft straw yellow with a cloudy haze. Creamed honey, citrus blossom, lime sorbet, green tea, almond croissant, pear slices in juice, musk stick (thanks Gewurz) and a little nutty wild yeast influence. Sharp blows from spiky acid with creamy front to mid palate. Layered and softly textured with enough intrigue to bite hard with Asian influenced sea food.
