Labeled Pinot Grigio which gives you no mistake as to the intended winemaking style (Gris would the applicable French naming rather than the Italian word). Light yellow straw. Varietal plush pear and nettle. Squeezes of lemon and lime juice citrus with slices of white stone fruit. Clean, palate with nettle like peppery spice over just ripe pear and stone fruit. A little waxy grip through the short finish. A match for seafood pie.
