Yalumba, The Y Series, Riesling, South Australia, 2022

Very pale lemon hue with green highlights. Fragrant and fun. Lime drop lolly confectionary over lime juice and zest, hints of bittersweet grapefruit, floral citrus blossom with edges of chalk and a kiss of musk. Vibrant, a little generous up front for immediate appeal, yet driving acidity for cutting through your favourite spiced S-E Asian cuisine.
