Deeply coloured. Forest floor, dark berries, graphite, fruit conserve, coffee granules, earthy camp fire smoke and black cherry flesh. A little in the dry red camp yet fruity and fresh with that savoury earthy base. Chalky tannins and a little lift from expected acidity. Fine for a match to bbq ribs or mushroom risotto.
