Revelations, 13:18: “Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.”
Former Chef Duncan Cook is based on the slopes of Mount Canobolas in Orange. The ‘Allotment’ range is the starting point for the wines. Unsure if Cook has a twisted sense of humour naming his Pinot Gris after the number of the beast. Maybe also an Iron Maiden fan?
