Former Chef Duncan Cook, turned winemaker is based on the slopes of Mount Canobolas in Orange. sitting 600 – 900 metres above sea level. The ‘Allotment’ range is the starting point for the wines. Trophy winning release here.

Cooks Lot, Allotment 689, Sauvignon Blanc, Orange, 2025

Pale lemon in colour. Aromatic and showing its cool climate roots with lemon citrus before a little more varietal pink grapefruit, pawpaw, dewy grass, passionfruit flesh, gooseberry, bouquet garni and pickled jalapeño tartness. The palate showing a yin/yang with generous flesh and phenolics cut with tart and sharp acidity. Long flavour and textural tail. Excellent value for money.
