Angullong, Fossil Hill, Tempranillo, Orange, 2023
Spiced and ripe. Fennel and anise spices, hints of mint with fleshy black cherry, quince, tobacco and vanilla bean paste. Showing good phenolic ripeness and muscular tannins. Varietal heat spiking voluminous black cherry with lavender and rosemary flower herbal swaddling. Good length of flavour and ready for braised beef cheeks.
