Kyneton Ridge, Riesling, Macedon Ranges, 2025

Pale hue with green highlight. Floral and attractive: Sea spray, jasmine, lemon thyme, lime flesh, yellow apple, barley sugar and mandarin peel. Barrel work bring handsome textural elements supporting cool climate fruit. A hint of white peach ice tea through the finish suggests a hint of residual sugar, but it certainly isn’t sweet. Echoes of kitchen herb blooms and salinity.
