The most delicate nose of melon rind, grapefruit citrus, even a touch of shiny green apple skin. Effortless flavour as it rolls from freshly mown clover to zesty pineapple rind to crunchy passion fruit seeds. The finish is all class: acidity is in perfect saliva inducing balance with lingering quality fruit tones. Bravo Adam Wadewitz and the S+S team.
