The younger, pinker brother to the classy Loftia Brut.
Deviation Road, Altair, Brut Rosé, Adelaide Hills, NV
Rose gold colour. Fleshy nose of red fruit spectrum with strawberries, rose petals, whipped cream, soft smoky charcuterie and soda bread. Slightly broad palate with ripe cherry, fairy floss, musk sticks, sherbet with a little Vegemite yeastyness and white mould cheese meaty complexity. Finishes sharp with Pink Lady apple acidity. Rosé fun with quality structure.
