Pig In The House Shiraz 2016

Great to see the Pig In The House range continue the lift in quality here from the very good 2014 release.

Pig In The House, Organic, Shiraz, Cowra, 2016

Good perfume of meaty cherry, cabbage rose, plum halves, sauce, cloves and white pepper. Medium bodied with bright red fruit, plenty of white pepper and just the right amount of drink now tannin for food friendly purposes. Has some oily qualities at the finish, but ultimately it works. If the organic statement is what you’re aiming for, you no longer have to be an out-lier to quality.

RRP: $30
Alc: 14.6%
