An expressive nose: Lime curd, flint, grilled pineapple stonefruit kernel, green apple skin, hay/straw and smoke. This marries the explosive, bright freshness of Sauv Blanc melon/lime/tropical fruit which is tempered, forged into maturity and refinement with quality smoky oak and nut cream. An exemplar of the style in Australia.
