Sidewood, Pinot Gris, Adelaide Hills, 2025

Frgrant and jumps out of the glass. Crunchy pear, soft brown spice, heading towards a Jersey Caramel tone, hints of musk, lime juice and ginger (biscuit and shaved). Well structured with precise acidity and focus. Lightly phenolic with a base of Gris’ inherent weight. Balanced class with intensity and driving fruit. Accolades well deserved.
