St Hallett, Blockhead, Shiraz, Grenache, Barossa, 2017
Plum, dark raspberry jube, pencil with tomato sugo + tomato leaf greenery, easter egg milk chocolate. Rich and brightly fruited with assertive tannins and a kick of piquant spice. The grenache giving an herbaceous lift with a cooling sensation before a medium-long tail of varietal shiraz. Lacks a little personality, but shows balance.
