Made by Aaron Wood and Nicholas Crampton for the Fourth Wave Wine team. 40% Bonvedro, 40% Mataro and 20% Graciano. No added Sulphur. Made with 15% whole bunch. Large and medium format oak. Dry red. Fresh drinking.
Inky purple, herbaceous (tobacco, kitchen herbs) blueberry and plum flesh with savoury, ink-well base. Smooth palate, Boysen and black berry with fine fruit derived tannins and softer licorice/black jelly bean hints. Mellow, bordering plush with that wondrous herby lift. Personality and drinkability.
