Part of the Cape to Cape entry level range for WCH.
West Cape Howe, Shiraz, Western Australia, 2017
Charred beef edges, plum juice, chocolate biscuit, kitchen herbs and licorice root. Full bodied, black olive kiss to sweeter chocolate and fruits of the forest jus. Some syurpy elements before a fine tannin structure. It’s cheeky and a little simple with slickness and heat, but definitely will find fans of the style (and the price.)
