To be Cenosilicaphobic, one must fear the empty glass. d’Arry have rolled to the 2013, but there will be a bit of this about.
d’Arenberg, The Cenosilicaphobic Cat, Sagrantino, Cinsault, 2012
Licorice berry, slightly raisined, dried fig. Herbs like falling into a kitchen garden. Syrupy and concentrated with chary oak influence. Teeth clutching tannins that refuse to let go. Dense, heavy, coffee dark with a lingering citrus tannin. A veritable puma, rather than a pussy cat.
