d’Arenberg, The Galvo Garage, McLaren Vale, Adelaide Hills, 2014
Pencils (both shaving and graphite) with dusky rose petals, blackberry jam and a juicy acidity. Brooding, fine darkly woven tannins. Broad and full palate with sweet, cedary oak. Best served with a red venison pie & butter lettuce salad.
