The ‘Bordeaux’ blend from d’Arry sees Cabernet Sauvginon, Merlot and Petit Verdot blended together. New and old French Oak.

Pencils (both shaving and graphite) with dusky rose petals, blackberry jam and a juicy acidity. Brooding, fine darkly woven tannins. Broad and full palate with sweet, cedary oak. Best served with a red venison pie & butter lettuce salad.
