Full depth plum jam and choc liqueur with apricot cheek lift, pepper and a touch of char. Smooth, full bodied palate with that char carrying over. There’s good concentration of Shiraz fruit and just enough aromatic lift from the Viognier with a welcome mat of fine tannin. Better than your average house pour.
