Impressive aromas: Damp, deep dark cherry, earthy mocha, glazed meats, rich brown spices and herbs with a hint of ferrous blood. Medium bodied, yet silky, sumptuous and generous in flavour on the layered palate. Woody spice nuances to the plump dark cherry with meaty flashes and elegant chocolate. Finishing long and juicy with a fine chalky texture. A Pinot Noir for those that things a little darker.
