This rosé is made from the free run juice of Shiraz grapes with stainless steel fermentation to keep things fresh. Winemaker is James Ceccato.

The colour a pale salmon/dusky pink. Understated aromatics of “strawberries & cream” with hints of orange bitters, fresh earth and a ferrous steeliness. The palate is light, dry but manages a decent amount of grip. Stays savoury and fresh with a cranberry like flavour and pink apple acidity. Pleasantly surprising and good value.
