Rusty Mutt, Rocky Ox, GSM, McLaren Vale, 2018
Smoky, easy plum emphasised by rich chocolate ganache elements. Deep raspberry, earthy/minerally ‘pen’ eraser, light licorice, violets and some toasted coconut round out an attractive perfume. Juicy and vibrant, medium full with an easy tannin structure. Plenty of personality from quality fruit and maintains a good balance through the blend.
