Layered, potent and unique. The cool climate of the Pyrenees intones a briny, earthy quality which acts as a grounding base to reams of black and red berries, punctuated with good oak. A complex palate with an exquisite coda of fine, just powdery, drinking chocolate-like tannins. A promising legacy.
