From the Hughes brothers at Mewstone Wines comes this novello harvest blend. The fruit comes from the White Rock vineyard in the north of Tasmania and is comprised of Dornfelder (50%), Pinot Noir (25%), Riesling (15%), and Chardonnay (10%). The grapes were co-fermented with one third whole bunch for the Dornfelder on top of whole berries.

Perfumed, fruity and floral. Blackberries, cassis pastille and dark cherry fruits over rose petals, grilled peach and fresh turned dark earth. Concentrated and raw.
