Pale lemon in hue. Cool, slatey and fresh to start with richness from stonefruit among the lime spectrum: Kaffir lime leaf, lime sorbet and a touch of honeysuckle. Good balance between the depth and viscosity from the residual sugar and acidity. Granny Smith green apple texture and acidity with clean lines, finishing with a decent stony, slatey length.
