Highly perfumed. Black currant pastille, just picked off the tree bay leaf, cassis with grated chocolate and comforting old leather.  Impeccably balanced with elegant black fruits framed in tight, velvety tannins and well judged oak that supports the fruiit superbly and fine varietal leafy mint. Showing persistence with restraint and very long earthy finish.
