West Cape Howe, Sauvignon Blanc, Mount Barker, 2020
Earthy and dry nose. Pungency with box hedge, passionfruit seed, fresh mown grass, touch of lime juice and crushed nettle. Fine balance between of easy, quality fruit and zesty acidity. Medium length and a tight finish. A good expression of the variety.
