Delicious and rich. Ganache chocolate, classy oak with spiced plums (blue and blood), blackberry flesh, cracked peppercorns and ground white pepper. Elegant and mid weight, supple with silky smooth ripe tannin. Fine precision and long, long tail of flavour with crisp intense finish.
