Clover Hill, Cuvée Rosé, Tasmania, NV

Medium salmon, coppery blush. Well spaced, consistent, prolific beading. A nose juxtaposing between yeasty depth, nutty savoury elements, citrus cut and cherry red fruit sweetness.  Tightly framed with just-right amounts of flesh draped over the straight lines. Lingering orange/lemony citrus, white/red cherry with fine brine and a razor nick of acidity.
