Carries a faint onion skin blush. Pear, honeysuckle, rosewater, cashew cream, ginger biscuit and watercress. Big palate, ripe and generous with plenty of pear and ginger crisp fruit wrapped in a silky, viscous texture. A coda of sharp acidity ensures it doesn’t fall off the rails. One for the bigger white lovers.
