A tweak to the packaging. The short squat bottle of 2018 has gone, now into a “Burgundy” frame with a screwcap. The bottle still embossed with Jupiter astride an eagle, ready with lightning in his hand.
Longview Vineyard, Jupiter, Barbera, Adelaide Hills, 2019
Ripe maraschino cherry, roast beetroot, deep rose heart, soft char, bluestone and light spice. Medium bodied with a silky, supple entry leading to a bright crunchy finish with a slight grumble of drying tannin. Elegant and moreish.
RRP: $40
