The only white in Taylor’s Jaraman range. Roughly a 60/40 split between the two regions. Fermented in French oak barrels (60% new). 8 months maturation with regular battonage/yeast lees stirring. Minimal fining and filtration.

Light to medium lemon straw colour. Savoury hay bale and nutty primary elements with barley sugar, fig, marzipan, peach and nectarine stone fruit, green melon, ghee and a little prickle of warmth. A generous Chardonnay that doesn’t shy away from its intent. A smooth, clean run from start to finish: fruit generous up front, creamy mid palate and a spicy, cedary, tight finish with echoes of grapefruit and lime.
