Dandelion Vineyards, Firehawk of McLaren Vale, Shiraz, McLaren Vale, 2018

Concentrated and intense black cherry and regional McLaren Vale raspberry with a stony spine. Smoky charry oak leading towards almost incense exotica with base blood plums in their own juices. Full bodied yet with the right balance of sweet red fruit and silky tannins. A sense of flow and expression with a delicious creamy spread.
