From 15 year old Certified Organic vines….all winemaking kept pristine with machine harvesters and stainless steel fermentation.
Stoneleigh, Organic, Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, 2021
Expectedly pungent and overt. Dripping in passionfruit pulp and grapefruit citrus, carrying a distinct herbaceous cress/peppery leafy note with touches of sweet vanilla cream richness, torn green capsicum and steely playground equipment struts. Pungency is over delivered on the palate as well. Rolling, corpulence that diminishes into searing acidity leaving behind a legacy of green tropical and citrus. This is no shrinking violet, only fans of the bigger styles need apply.
Alc :13.5%

This is the worst wine I have ever tasted. Just tastes like overripened fruit. Definitely not 13.5% alcohol. Something not right here.
