Iodine, blue metal, show polish and squid ink with blueberry, plum jam and raspberry all wrapped in garden herb blossom and chocolatey oak. Fine, tight grainy tannins and a surprising amount of acidity in this medium framed edition. Rustic and protein/cheese rind richness, this is darkly unique old vine edition and will easily develop over the next 10 years.
