Light lemon gold in hue. Meringue, honeysuckle, white blossoms, vanilla bean, oyster shell, sea spray, almond croissant, smoked chicken and a savoury leesy depth. Powerful and driving palate that builds and builds while retaining class and elegance. Long, textural, chalky savoury tail. Another excellent release and offering sharp value.
