Nearly a 10% drop in the ABV from the 2020. Rob Diletti yet again hits it out of the park.
Castle Rock Estate, Riesling, Porongurup, 2021
Returns to elegance and structure: while the lime gamut is still there, white flowers and even a touch of green apple skin and stony white rocks. Texture and precision with deftly handled fruit providing some generosity before a spiced, dry and briny compelling tight drive through the long finish. Classy stuff and a bargain.
