West Cape Howe, Two Steps, Shiraz, Mount Barker, 2018
Highly perfumed. Deep blood plum, peppery spice, syrupy raspberry, milky choc and smoky, chary oak. Elegance and silky flow through the full body. Tightly knit yet drying tannins to balance a sharp slice of acidity. Lingering spice and char. Great value.
