Pale salmon to dusky rose colour. Plenty of ruby grapefruit, white cherry, cranberry, creamy almost vanilla barrel and lees influence with a leafy herbaceous note. Dry and a medium-full frame. Juicy light red fruits ticking along neatly. A little lip smacking grip through the zippy finish. Perfect for a salumi or antipasto platter.
