Dalfarras (from the Tahbilk stable) is a partnership with Alister Purbrick as winemaker and wife Rosa contributing the artworks on the labels (as well as providing her maiden name Dal Farra to its naming). This label “Zephyr.” Dalfarras have just rolled to the 2021 (as per the bottle image)

Medium garnet hue. Cherry and wine gum with an offset of dusty cardboard, easter egg chocolate, lipstick and sour lollies. Troubling palate: mid weight but made of parts being hollow, tart and slighty jammy. Flat tannin and a short finish.
