The Group now enters their third year of operations. A partnership by Constellation Brands and a Grower-Owned Collective of around 100 South Australian grape growers. Each wine is named after a collective of animals. Winemaking is by Marnie Roberts (ex Claymore and currently kicking goals with her own Matriarch and Rogue label). Available exclusively in Australia through Coles stores such as Liquorland, Vintage Cellars.

The Group Wines, The Murder, Shiraz, McLaren Vale, 2020

Brian & Valerie Cameron are 3rd generation McLaren Vale grape growers who provide the fruit for this wine. Deep garnet with a bright rim. Big hits of raspberry with choc nut bar, pink peppercorns, pan jus, plum sauce and comforting oak. Full powered with glossy slickness and hyperfine tannins. Lingering licorice and spice over a fine tail.  It’s not subtle but will have fans.
