Mercer Wines, Montepulciano, Central Ranges, 2021
Fragrant and fruity: dark berry fun, warming dark chocolate and with handfuls of crushed, dried leafy kitchen herbs and purple herb flowers. Satiny and succulent. Fruit juicy and dark, yet bright. Energetic with on-point focus and lingering mesh of neat tannins. Molto buono.
