Epitome of zesty. Green leafy nettle, easy green pear, melon balls, lime pith, soft matcha tea and little hotel soaps. Zesty and dry with juicy, saliva inducing acidity and plenty of drive. Grüner provides peppery spice while the blend has inherent phenolic grip. It’s not overly complex but wonderfully weighted and enjoyable.
