A unique and interesting blend. Aromas of freshly washed flannelette sheets, dandelion tea, licorice, SAO biscuit, orange zest, lanolin depth, violets, blood plum, peppercorns and older leather. A little soupy on the palate to start with, giving an unfiltered kind of vibe leading to soused raspberries and plums through a medium bodied palate. Plenty of snippy peppercorn spice and hyper fine tannins. Points for easy drinkability.
